Power Vinyasa Yoga-Baptiste Style-Assoc Teacher

This style is an integration of ashtanga, Iyengar and Bikram, flowing into and interlinking one another by means of the breath. This sequence is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality, accessible to beginners and challenging to the more advanced students. The standing poses awaken, open and re-align the body, the balancing poses train the mind to turn inward, hip and shoulder openers release both emotional and physical blocks.

Boot Camp

Christa continues the Boot Camp classes in good ol' Sabrina Harper tradition! A mixture of cardio, strength and power moves will blast your core and tone your body. Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.

On the Ball

Our most popular group class! An excellent workout that improves balance, back and core strength and body toning. Appropriate for all skill levels.

Step Aerobics

A challenging cardio workout that’s easy to follow burning tons of calories! This class is designed for all fitness levels as different intensity options are offered. So STEP UP and sign up today!

Capoeira

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Martial Arts Dance blending fluid movements with sweeps, kicks, groundwork in a fun fitness class

X-Sport

One hour of calorie burning, heart-beating non-stop action! Great Cross training for any sport involving power, agility and endurance! Temporarily suspended while Guy is away.

Ski/Run Conditioning

Designed for prevention of ski and running injuries through joint stabilization exercises, sport specific movement and moderate plyometrics.

Classic Boxing

Old school rules! Gerry brings his years of boxing training to Life Works for a group class that stands apart. Learn to box the way it used to be done! Temporarily suspended while Gerry is away.

Spin, Punch N Crunch

40 minutes of high energy cycling intervals followed by 20 minutes of punching, kicking and core exercises. A great and fun workout for total body conditioning. Temporarily suspended while Guy is away.

Retro Spin

1 hour of specific bike training utilizing a variety of training methods and energy systems. All whilst listening to your favorite upbeat times from the 70's, 80's and 90's.

Beginner Spin

Great for weight loss. Start at your own pace and gain strength with time!
